Dance Flavor is an online dance studio. We are highly trained professional dancers, who offer private lessons and group classes via Zoom, in addition to traditional in-person lessons. Though our focus is on adult dancers, from absolute beginners to professionals, we always welcome younger learners.

We offer dance lessons in Salsa, Argentine Tango, Ballroom, Ballet, Body Conditioning, as well as hybrid styles, such as Ballet for Salsa, Ballet for Ballroom and Ballet for Tango. You can learn from absolute zero, or continue your dance journey with us. All private lessons are tailored to your needs!

Yes! We offer livestream classes via Zoom, so you can learn from home or anywhere you choose.

Yes, all private lessons can be taken online via Zoom. Some group classes are also offered online. Check our group class schedule page to see which classes can be taken online.

Any level of dancer can benefit from online lessons. If you are a total beginner, online lessons from the comfort of your own home can be less stressful than walking into a studio full of more experienced dancers. If you are more experienced, dancing in your own space can help you identify new possibilities in your movement, as you cannot rely on the group or your teacher to “push” you through the steps.

Live online lesson prices can vary, based on the days and times you would like to book. Visit our scheduling page, and choose the lesson day and time to see the price.

With live lessons, you can work on any combination of dances and styles. It all depends on your particular interests and needs.

You can learn Salsa, Argentine Tango, Ballroom, Ballet, Body Conditioning, as well as hybrid styles, such as Ballet for Salsa, Ballet for Ballroom and Ballet for Tango. Additionally, we offer choreography lessons for weddings, competitions and shows, as well as technique classes.

You don’t need any specific equipment for most lessons.

For those interested in taking any of our ballet lessons online, we recommend having something to hold on to for the barre portion of the class (a ballet barre, chair, kitchen counter, or even just a wall - all work!).
